1. Insurance Driving Record a.k.a. the "5-Year Record" Your driving history in Alaska during the previous five years is shown in this record. It contains information on your current driving record as well as a three to five year history of convictions, license suspensions, and any accidents you may have been at fault in for insurance purposes.
2. 10-Year Driving Record The driver information on this record is the same as that on the five-year record. Describing your driving record over the last 10 years in Alaska. 
3. Full Driving Record This record contains a complete history of your driving in Alaska.

 MOST EMPLOYERS REQUEST A INSURANCE RECORD.

There are 2 types of CDL Driving Records available:

1. CDL Driving Record This record shows the status of your current commercial driver's license and lists all convictions, license revocations, and accidents for which you were at fault in the past.
2. CDL Employment Record According to DOT requirements for commercial (CDL) drivers, this record shows your current status with regard to your commercial drivers license, comprehensive medical certification information, convictions, licensing actions, and accident information if you were at fault.

CDL Drivers: MUST select the "CDL Employment Record" when using the record for CDL employment purposes.
